Mosaic was founded in response to a growing number of larger firms who abandoned human connections customer service, instead relying on web portals, AI agents, and inexperienced and outsourced processors. We realize that each mortgage loan represents a REAL person who is partaking in one of the largest financial transactions of their lifetime. With Mosaic, every customer is supported by a real person, for a real person. Mosaic does not offshore appraisal production, statusing, or quality-control functions. Our work is performed by U.S.-based professionals, helping us maintain direct oversight, consistent quality standards, and tighter control over client and borrower information.
